Terms and conditions of use of the site

ARTICLE 1: Purpose

The purpose of these "general terms of use" is to provide legal framework for the provision of the site's services FPI-africa.com and their use by the "User".

In its publications, the member agrees to abide by the rules of the Netiquette and the rules of law in force.

The site exercises post-moderation on publications and reserves the right to refuse their posting, without having to justify it to the member.

The member remains the full owner of his or her intellectual property rights. But by publishing a publication on the site, it gives the publisher the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, disseminate and distribute its publication, directly or by an authorized third party worldwide, on any Support (digital or physical), for the duration of the intellectual property.
